City of Babbitt Industrial Park
The City of Babbitt/EDA has seven (7) lots for sale at a price of $5,000.00 each. These lots are zoned in the city's Industrial District and are intended for use of sale, manufacturing, and processing of the following business-types:
- Automobile repair
- Belting & chain conveyors
- Boat building, repair, & storage
- Builders or contractors yars, farm machines, bulk firewood sales, dirt, sand, grabel & rock sales, heavy equipment sales
- Cabinet & carpentry shop, electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning shops
- Electric motors, generators, transformers, and controls
- Electric power generating plant
- Greenhouses & nurseries
- Housing, manufacture
- Live bait stores
- Printing & publishing of newspapers, periodicals, books, etc.
- Public and semi-public utility uses
- Motor Fuel Stations
- Warehousing
The City of Babbitt Economic Development Committee meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month following the council meeting.
