West Babbitt Development Project
The new West Babbitt Development is located on the west side of town, behind the old Softball Complex. This development, once completed, will offer the town a great opportunity for expansion to include townhomes, residential homes, and an apartment complex.

Babbitt Marina
The Babbitt Marina is a future project idea that is proposed for the west side of Birch Lake. This project would offer a dock system and parking area for the public to load/unload their boats and pontoons, and allow for easy access to the local lake and beaches.
This project is still in the early planning/conceptual stages.
